Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the right of return only applies to products that:
are unused
are unopened
is in original packaging with unbroken seal

Reason for return
Once the return has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
The customer is normally responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
We recommend trackable shipping as you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.
Once we have received and approved the return, a refund will be made within 14 days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Any original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error from Serum48.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and attach pictures and order number.
If the complaint is approved, Serum48 is responsible for return shipping and a replacement or new product.
Packages that are not picked up and returned to us may be charged a shipping and handling fee.
